Gratitude: Healing Yourself so you are ready to help heal our Earth

In our hectic life with so much information and distractions, it’s difficult to maintain clarity and stay grounded. This is super important for our emotional well-being and happiness. When we feeling happy we are able to be engaged in our community and open to opportunities that present for healing our world. Instead of feeling overwhelmed at the responsibilities at my life, I am learning to focus on grounding and breath-work to stay on top of my game and by combining little moments of gratitude in my day to day life, I have opened up to the wealth of opportunity available every day.
